We remove old turf, grade for drainage, and amend and level the soil so the new lawn roots and drains well.
Lay Tight

Finish Edges
We cut clean edges along beds, walks and patios so the new lawn frames your landscape.
Water In & Care

Sod gives an instant, even lawn and establishes faster, which suits our wet coast and muddy yards. Seed is cheaper but slower and patchier; we'll advise based on your site.
It can be excellent for shady, soggy areas where grass struggles, and it stays green with almost no maintenance. We install it over a proper compacted, draining base.
